Summer is almost over and everybody is already getting ready for the autumn/winter season, both in terms of temperatures and definitely in terms of business.
While the Italian cannabis market took a (minor) hit after the recent twists in local legislation concerning the marihuana light / legal weed industry, with the sad news of the Naples trade show Canapa In Mostra not happening this year because most of the exhibitors withdrawn from the trade show, other Italian cannabis fairs will be animating the local industry with a new, stronger than the previous year edition, such as the Milan-based Salone Internazionale della Canapa, happening at the end of this month.
Harvin will be participating to the Milan trade show, bringing the full range of our cannabis vending machines on display, and ready to meet all the operators in the business who want to expand their sales horizons by extending their opening business hours to 24 hours a day, thanks to the installation of one or more cannabis vending machines at their business locations.
Milan is not the only European cannabis trade show that will see Harvin’s participation. As a matter of fact, while we are writing this article that will be published soon, we are in Thesaloniki, Greece, participating to the Salonica Cannabis Expo 2019, where we are contributing to the fair by being guests at the stand of our clients and very good friends at CBWeed, one of the biggest operators on the Italian market of legal cannabis products, who will be displaying and getting their legal cannabis products available to the public also through Harvin cannabis vending machines that have been fully branded with the CB Weed logo and brand image.
Besides of Harvin’s participation to the great cannabis trade shows of Salonica and Milan, we have added another two dates to our “European tour”, and you will be abe to meet the Harvin team and see and try our cannabis vending machine also at the forthcoming industry trade shows Cultiva (Wien, Austria) and CannaFest (Prague, Czech Republic).
All these cannabis fairs and trade shows are huge, and in case as you don’t know them, let us give you a brief presentation about them all.
Salonica Cannabis Expo 2019 (Thessaloniki, Greece) – 12-15 September 2019 The Salonica Cannabis Expo 2019 is rolling out as we write this article its second edition in downtown Thessaloniki as a part of the famous and long standing Thessaloniki International Fair, which has reached its 84th edition. The Thessaloniki International Exhibition is the largest fair and trade show exhibition in Greece and attracts more than 300,000 visitors.
The Salonica Cannabis Expo 2019 is presented in the frame of the larger hosting exhibition, and takes advantage of the wide attendance to the Thessaloniki trade show to make the Greek legal cannabis market grow. The trade show is really going well, with a great public and quite a few Greek operators who are showing a great interest in Harvin’s cannabis vending machines, so we are ready to expand business horizons also to all Greek operators of the growing legal cannabis and CBD industry.

Salone Internazionale della Canapa (Milan, Italy) – 27-29 September 2019 Third edition for the Milan-based Salone Internazionale della Canapa, that will take place at the end of September at the MegaWatt Court in the beautiful and historic neighborhood of Navigli, which is also one of the top areas of Milan’s nightlife with all its bars, restaurants and clubs.
This year the Milan trade show enriches its program with a full calendar of events, including conferences and workshops, cannabis / hemp food and drinks degustation, off-Salon route where hemp-based food and drinks will be offered in several bars across the city of Milan, and a couple of sensorial art installations: a machine that translates the qualities of cannabis plant into sounds, and the olfactory paths offered by 50 Shades of Green, the installation produced by our friend and guest blog writer Massimo Burgio.
Harvin will be participating to the trade show with a dedicated expo space, where our entire collection of cannabis vending machines will be on display. Our commercial and technical teams will be available for the three days to answer any question about our popular cannabis vending solutions. Cultiva (Wien, Austria) – 11-13 October 2019 Cultiva, at its 12th Wien appointment with the cannabis industry, consolidates as the biggest cannabis fair in Austria, and this year will showcase a great program during the three days of trade show.
Besides of an expo area with more than 150 exhibitors, Cultiva will offer this year an interesting program that include workshops and presentation about the health benefits and medical application of “the plant”, with great focus on CBD, as well as glass blowing workshops, a session dedicated to hemp in the fashion industry, an area dedicated to cannabis and food, plus a garden music stage and a legendary pool party with a rich program of music and performances. It sounds very interesting, and also a lot of fun, we cannot wait to be there.
As a matter of fact, we will be there with a dedicated expo booth, as Harvin is getting more and more popular in the German-speaking countries, with more and more clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and plenty of cannabis vending machines that we are distributing across the three countries. CannaFest (Prague, Czech Republic) – 1-3 November 2019 Czech Republic is one of the countries in Europe where the cannabis market is growing steadily and strong, and CannaFest in Prague has already consolidated as the biggest and most successful European trade show for the cannabis industry.
As all other cannabis fairs, also CannaFest has a very rich program of conferences, workshops, music and entertainment, a focus on the medical applications of cannabis, and also hosts EuroAmCBC, the EuroAmerican Cannabis Business Conference as part of his program, the only conference in Europe dedicated to the B2B topics of the cannabis world, a must for all operators within the industry. Also, as everybody knows, Czech Republic is home to the best beers in Europe, so we imagine that at CannaFest there will be several varieties of hemp beer to be tasted during the three days of cannabis fair.
